- What you expected to happen

Common issues
I don't see the new build in TestFlight
Apple's TestFlight client caches the app list. Open TestFlight, pull down to refresh. If a build was pushed in the last 15 minutes, it can take up to that long to propagate. If the dead "IronMate Legacy" entry is still there from earlier beta builds, long-press the row and pick Remove.
The coach replies feel off-character
The coach is built around the 5-axis matrix you set during "Build Your IronMate" onboarding (push style, tone, voice, cadence, custom context). Open Settings, scroll to your IronMate card, and confirm the matrix matches what you actually want. You can change any axis at any time.
I don't want IronMate to remember something
Tap any memory snippet in the in-app memory view (Settings -> Memory) and pick Delete. You can also reset the entire memory store from Settings -> Profile -> Reset Device Data, which wipes the local store and the server-side row.
The photo upload failed
The photo step is optional. Skip it from onboarding and keep going - you can always upload one later from Settings. If you tried and saw an error, retry on Wi-Fi; the upload is up to 10 MB and slow connections sometimes time out.
I want my data deleted
Either use Settings -> Account -> Delete Account in-app, or email hello@ironmate.ai. We delete your row from our database within 30 days of the request (usually within 24 hours).

Reply to your TestFlight invite email, send feedback through Apple's TestFlight app (Send Beta Feedback in the app row), or email hello@ironmate.ai. We read every note.
